From hand over, follow the road to Thrussington. At the T junction turn right over the River Wreake on the Rearsby road (use the raised walkway on RHS). At the T junction turn right and follow the road round to the next T junction (the old A607 main village road). Cross with care, turn right and shortly left onto Gaddesby Road (now a dead end). Straight on using the new footpath to cross (WITH EXTREME CARE) the new A607 Rearsby By-Pass, and straight over onto the B674 towards Gaddesby.

Pass through Gaddesby village on Ashby Lane and continue to Ashby Folville (ignore all roads to the right), and the hand-over near the Carrington Arms (G.R. 707122).
